The Process

The process entails our meeting with your staff and management to discuss your accounting process and reporting needs. We then design a customized chart of accounts which will result in the desired management and funding source reports. We set-up the system and install it in your office. We then provide a series of training sessions with your staff to assure that they are able to fully use the software. The last step is customization and review of reports to assure that the end result achieves our initial expectations. We are also available to train management or board in reading and understanding the financials if that is needed.
